It was masterminded by a Moon Maiden named Echo, who earned her moniker from her complete inability to resist spouting obscure cultural references, and her penchant for saving and repeating ad nauseum every clever thing she (or anyone else) has ever said.

The Fooksburgh format (i.e., the Title, Icon, and Speech-Box) was pioneered and popularized by webites such as the Conversatron and the True Meaning of Life.

As for Fooksburgh itself: it is an inscrutable city of forbidden delights. Located somewhere between Seattle and Dublin, our heroes have procured a bus and travel across the country, determined to find it.
